These reports, funded by the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, explored pioneering and innovative dynamic spectrum access in spectrum bands allocated to mobile operators and the 3800-4200MHz band. This sandbox developed a protype DSA system, estimated the economic benefits of introducing dynamic assignment and developed a plan for regulatory implementation.
Aetha’s work focused on the report for work package 3, which studied the economic benefits and approach required for regulatory implementation of the solution.
