Aetha completed international benchmarking of spectrum pricing approaches and price levels for all radiocommunications services (including IMT and satellite), based upon which it proposed a new spectrum price schedule for Malaysia.
We also conducted a detailed impact assessment for our recommendations, considering the effects on all stakeholders, including MCMC and spectrum users.
Following this project, MCMC has set prices for IMT spectrum in various bands based on Aetha’s recommendations.
